Client Engagements
Professional services are governed by separate statements of work, master services agreements, or other written contracts between DecryptCode and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Consultations, proposals, and estimates provided through the Site or email are non-binding until accepted in a signed agreement.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party resources is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DecryptCode INC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The effective date at the top indicates when the Terms were last updated. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
